Optosem Technologies  ....... 

The company was established in mid 1999  named as Endue Tooling Industries. The initial start up was a 1200 sq ft multi-storey flatted factory space with few couples of conventional EDM, Manual milling & grinding machines with a handfull of skilled machanist & mold makers.

In 2003, the company was renamed as Optosem Technologies & re-located to a 6000 sq ft ground floor premise due to broader customer base & increasing demand for tight tolerance toolings & products.

New state of the art sophisticated machine such as Charmilles EDM, wire EDM, Makino high speed CNC milling center were acquired to further improve the machining quality & speed.

CMM, OGP smart scope were also introduced to tighten the control of quality.

Better quality control system was implemented to further ensure things are doing right at the very first time. All machined parts were measured during process and upon completion, electrodes for EDM process were also measured and deburr to ensure no mistake is committed that will jeopardize customer shipment schedule.

In 2005, we have expanded our operation to Senai City West Malaysia for economical tooling & molding &  small scale mechanical sub-assembly.
